This product was a lot better than what I had expected it to be. First of all it’s really small and compact but the quality your getting is superb. Me and my boyfriend ended up putting this is our room for a movie night vibe. The only downside is that the volume on it isn’t too loud FOR ME. Others could think otherwise. The small containers are removable & easily hand washed. They fit a bit with plenty of room. It was time to upgrade my Roomba 960 and Neato and the S9+ was an amazing upgrade. If you are familiar with the Neato D7, this Roomba combines the Neato’s D shape with all of Roomba’s top-of-the-line cleaning abilities. My Neato D7 had a lot of navigation issues when my pets moved around and would get stuck in between chair legs. The Roomba 960’s bin had to be constantly emptied and this new model has a wonderful base that COMPLETELY solved these problems! I just fill it’s tank and pop in its cleaning pad and it starts cleaning when Roomba is done vacuuming! My floors have never been cleaner!

I was sceptical when i first ordered it but it works great.
My wife loves it.
The only issue is it doesn’t stop and warn you when it runs out of water. Which is why I only gave it 4 stars.
I bought an aftermarket oversized lithium battery for it and cleans the whole 900 sq foot main floor just have to remember to fill the water halfway through.
It cleans a lot more than the 200 square feet it is advertised for.
We use the roomba vacuum first then the mopping.
Is it as good as hand scrubbing your floors? No of course not your expectations have to be realistic. As others have said it is like using a swifter on your floors. Great for cleaning paw prints and dust.
Better than I ever expected and I would buy again.
I would definitely recommend it.
