Breastfeeding problems of Sore or Cracked Nipples in the First Month after having a Baby is a very common problem. Are you facing this Breastfeeding Problem? Cracked nipples are due to the strong sucking pressure and pulling of nipples by newborns.

We are going through lots of changes in our bodies after delivery. Every day I am going through new experiences.

On the 5th day, I suddenly feel sore and cracked nipples and pain while breastfeeding my daughter. This was happening because of feeding my daughter.

I remember I was in pain but still breastfeeding her with the sore nipples; it was painful but what to do? Also, I notice black skin coming off and I was worried as its safe for her to suck in this situation.

So please apply the Ointment as you the sign at the earlier stage to avoid the problem.

This problem is faced by many new moms and the reason behind this is that the baby is not sucking the nipple correctly and deeply into her mouth.

We need to understand that the baby does not know how to suck the nipple in the right way. It’s our job to understand and help her.

The maximum time we have to adjust the position of the baby’s head so that she can take an entire nipple in her mouth. A breastfeeding pillow can be a great help and support in this situation.

The baby’s head position plays a great role. Some babies take time to learn the art of – how to take a breastfed.

Many moms use a nipple shield for help but I have heard that this is not the right time to use the shield because it may cause more problems with cracked nipples.
