How to Safely Trim Your Baby Nails (Fingernails and Toenails)

Are you confused about How to Safely Trim Your Baby Nails?  You must have done your research and must have bought some Nail Clipper or Scissor for your Baby. But do you know which product you should use between the Nail Clipper and Scissor?

When my baby was 8 days old her fingernails were big enough. From the first day, I want to trim her nails but due to her soft hands & skin, it became a big agenda for me.  But I cannot sit and wait just like that. What if she scratches her face or any other body part?

First I brought the Clipper and tried to cut her thumbnail but unfortunately, the clipper cut her soft skin too. I got scared and not used the clippers anymore. Then somebody told me to use Farlin Scissor for trimming, as she already used the product for her son earlier. Therefore I decided to buy the Farlin Scissor. I must say that trimming baby nails by scissor is easier and comfortable. Now my daughter is 2 plus and I am still using this product.

How to Trim Your Baby Nails by Scissors – Step by Step

Please note that the below process can be used by PARENTS for Cutting their
Baby's Fingernails and Toenails

> Choose the time when your baby is sleeping so that he or she does not move the hands frequently.

> Keep the cloth below her hand before starting so the small pieces of nails after cutting easily drop on cloth and you can throw it later.

> Take the Nail Scissors, they have Rounded Edges, due to which cutting the Fingertips or Toenails and the area near the nails is not possible.

> Softly Hold the Baby Hands and Press the Finder Pad away from the Nail.

> Hold the Scissor and slow start cutting the nails, keep the finder pad away. Don’t try to cut the nails deeper. Also, don’t cut the sides of fingernails deeper otherwise it can cause the infections.

> If you want you can cut the Baby Nails Twice a week in smaller parts but don’t cut the baby fingertips to do it in one go.
