Step by Step Recipe of Potato Cutlet for Kids

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serving: 1

Ingredients:

4 Boiled Potatoes

6 tablespoon Bread Crumbs

Salt to taste

7 to 8 pcs of Ajwain (Carrom seeds )

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Chaat Masala

One pinch Chilli Powder

Oil (Deep Frying)

Method:

Step 1: Boil the Potatoes and Keep them Aside to Get Cool.

             (Boiled the potatoes whole instead of cubed otherwise it became mushy)

Step 2: Take out the Potatoes Skin and Mash them well.

 

Step 3: Now Mash Potatoes and Add Salt, Ajwain, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala & Little Bit Chilli Powder and mix them well.

Step 4: Keep the Bread Crumbs ready on a small plate.

 

Step 5: Now take Small Portions of Mash Potatoes and make Different Shapes of Patties. Try to make shapes that your kids love and keep them aside.

 

 

Step 6: Dip Each Patty in Bread Crumbs from Both the Sides and Keep the Shapes Aside from a Plate.

 

Step 7: Heat the oil for deep frying and one by one dip the Patty inside the Oil for Deep Frying.

Step 8: Fry the Patties from Both Sides until till turns Golden in Colour and Crisp.

Step 9: Serve the Potatoes Cutlet with Sauce to Kids (Presentation real matters for Toddlers & Kids).
