How to Make Homemade Ghee for Kids

Homemade Ghee is a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin K and protect your baby & toddlers from infections and give health life.

How to Make Homemade Ghee for Kids – Step By Step

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Bowl of Malai or Cream Extracted from Milk (Use Full Cream Milk for best Results)

1 Kadai Utensil

Method:

Start collecting Malai/ Cream from Milk for minimum 7 to 8 days. Try to use Full Cream Milk to get good quantity of Malai. Keep the Malai in Bowl or Glass container in Refrigerator. In case you want to store the Malai in steel bowl please don’t cover it.

Tip: Boil the Milk in night and after it cools down keep the milk in fridge overnight. Take out the Malai next morning from milk, you will get Thick Malai.

Step 1 : Take out Malai from Fridge and get it ready to make Homemade Ghee for kids & family members.

Step 2: Put the Malai in Food Mixer and blend it for 5 minutes minimum.

Step 3: Open the Mixer and separate the thick butter from the mixer by Hand and leave the water behind.

Step 4: Put the Extracted Butter in Kadai directly and cook it on low heat.

Step 5: After Few Minutes you will notice that Butter will Starts Melting.

Step 6: When you see the bubbles it means that ghee is getting formed. Keep watching the Kadai.

Step 7: Now you will see clear ghee on top in Kadai. Transfer the ghee from Kadai to steel utensil by using strainer or filter. Don’t use GLASS CONTAINER.

Transfer the Ghee in glass container after it gets cool and store it in Refrigerator.

STEP 8 : Your Homemade Ghee is ready to use, kids love the taste on homemade Ghee more than Market one.
