Here are few Summer Safety Tips to keep your Kids Safe from Summer Heat while Playing Outside. As summer season approaching mothers start getting worried and start looking for a solution. You need to take some major steps to save your kids from dangerous infections & diseases like Heat Stroke, Heat Exhaustion, Dengue Fever & Malaria, etc.

As soon as peak summer starts, you have to gear up for kids to fight and be safe during summer seasons. Kids have their summer vacation starting from Mid May till June end. It will not be easy for you to tell your kids to follow the below tips but you must try and convince them. Make sure that you dress your kid in full sleeves tops or t-shirts when you take them out in the evening. It will not be easy for you to convince your kids to wear full sleeves tops or shirts. Talk to them and make them understand the reason behind it.

Kids are small but they are smart enough to understand why you are saying this. Maybe you have to use your mom’s power to wear them full sleeves. It will keep kids safe from direct sun heat. Directly exposed to sunlight can cause your kid a heat stroke or sunburn.

Before taking your kids outside in the summer season make it sure that you have done all your homework. Choose or use Mosquito repellent according to your child age. Beginning of summer seasons varies according to climate, tradition, and culture in different countries. In India, most of the places summers begin from early March to July. Kids have their summer vacations in mid-May month.

For you, it will not be easy to keep them inside the house full day. In any case, your kid does not listen to you then you don’t have many options. Set their morning timing from 9.00 am to 11.00 am to avoid them to be out on a hot sunny day. The worst time in summer is from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Involve your kids in indoor games

So, Now the Question is How to do it and How to keep them busy at Home. The Best way is to call your kid friends at home and especially during the day time. You can buy them few BOARD GAMES in which 3 to 4 player plays like Scrabble, Monopoly, Twister, The Game of Life, Cheese & Carrom board, etc. According to your kid age chose the games & activities which will keep them busy at home.

You can talk to your kid friend’s mothers and make an arrangement for a week time. Example on Monday kids can go to one house and for another day they can choose other friend houses.  In this way, no burden will come on anyone mom or lady.

Provide your Kid with a Water Bottle

Just make a rule and don’t allow your kid to leave the house without carrying a water bottle. Tell him to carry a water bottle with them whenever he goes outside to play. Just make it sure that kids are well hydrated full day.

Choose a sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher, according to your kid age. You can apply sunscreen 15 to 20 minutes before your kid goes outside to play.
