It is caused by additional blood and fluid in our bodies. To meet the needs of the developing baby our body produces more blood and body fluids.

A) You don’t need to worry a lot about the swollen feet but there are some signs which you should not ignore and call your doctor. Especially if you notice swollen feet with itching and that continues for more than 1 week, maybe it is a sign that something is wrong with Baby.

a) Avoid alcohol, Cigarettes, Non-veg, caffeine, chocolate, dairy products, fried foods, olives, pickles, too much salt, soy sauce, and white sugar, etc.

How to Get Rid of Swollen Feet
Don’t Stand for Longer Period in a Row
Put your Leg on Stool in office (you can keep two stools together)
Put your feet up position, maybe on the pillow at home
Sleep on sides and keep switching the sides (Left side is best to sleep)
Take frequent walks during your office time
Do small household works to keep your body moving
Decrease your salt intake
Increase your water intake
Morning & Evening walk
Reduce Dairy products
Don’t wear a tight vest, paints
Avoid Wearing any Tight Shoes during Pregnancy
Eat foods high in potassium
Decrease your caffeine intake
Let your family member give a light massage on feet

1 # Apply Cold Compress: Place a cold towel or ice pack or ice bags on your Swollen Feet to get the relief from your pain. Continue doing this for at least 15 10 20 minutes for the best result.
2 # Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix the apple cider vinegar and warm water together and dip the towel it in. Now wrap the warm towel around the swollen area and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes, its warm towel gets cool. Do this for 5 to 6 times, it helps in reducing the fluid retention
3 # Drink lots of water. Drinking lots of water will help you to flush excess fluids out of the body.
4 # Soaking your feet in Epsom salt: Another good way to naturally relieve some of the swellings.
