  • Use a good quality of spoon and buy soft and 0% BPA free plastic spoon.
  • Buy a beautiful dinner set for babies like one plate, one spoon, and a bowl. Try to serve the food to babies in the same dinner set, babies love good looking things. The presentation of food will attract them to pick and taste by their own hands.
  • Parents should always see that babies don’t swallow the food directly or suddenly in their mouths.
  • Keep the baby water bottle near the baby.
  • In case your baby refuses the food for the first time, then again try the same food after 2 to 3 days, maybe he now likes it.
  • After 8 months, when your baby can properly sit, buy him the High Chair. It’s very beneficial for babies to have a routine and good food time.
  • Try to use different utensils like a 1-liter cooker, plate, or khadi to cook Food.
